PHOENIX - A beautiful halter for a beautiful head. The black cable noseband and cheeks of this halter are adorned by pairs of filigree ferrules. The noseband is lined with 3/8" Boithane® to protect the horse's nose. Hand stitching ensures that the lining stays in place, many other halter manufacturers use glue to attach the liner. Glued attachments often eventually fall off.
