First Choice offers a warranty on all show halters that we manufacture. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage to the product due to neglect, abuse, or misuse of the product. It also does not cover loss of property or personal injury.

Sometimes, people do things they shouldn’t do, such as tie a horse with a show halter. Yes, we actually had a customer do this! The horse, wearing our show halter, sat back while tied but the halter did not break. The only damage was a tear from one hole to the next on the adjustable strap at the top. Don’t worry, the horse was not injured, did not get away and the halter held without breaking! The customer came to us and let us know how impressed they were with the strength of our halters and we replaced the top strap free of charge, even though it as damaged due to customer abuse.

We assure you that we use only the finest materials in the world. Our workmanship is also topnotch, done with meticulous attention given to detail, design, quality, and excellence. In twenty eight years of manufacturing halters we have never had to repair or replace a single halter due to a failure of either materials or workmanship! We don’t expect for you to need to use our warranty, but isn’t it nice to know that we offer it. We stand behind our halters both in the show ring and out, it’s an easy thing to do.

We intend for you to use our halters in the show ring, as presentation halters and in the final stages of training. This way your horses will be accustomed to the show halter when they go in the ring!

Good Luck!
